Profile
Phillip graduated from Arizona State University in 2005 with honors. He was awarded Bachelor of Science degrees in both Political Science and Justice Studies. He then attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he served as Student Body President, received the Roger C. Henderson Award for Distinguished Graduating Senior, and was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2008.
Phillip began his career with Goodson Manley Forakis PLC in 2004 as a file clerk and thereafter became a legal assistant. During law school he conducted research for the firm and he has now rejoined the firm as an attorney. His drive to help families through long term planning and protection has grown over his years of service. Phillip=s areas of focus are estate planning, business planning, and probate.
Phillip also gained valuable experience while serving as an extern for the Honorable David Bury of the United States Federal Court, working on matters involving immigration, prisoners rights, and products liability. He has also worked as a law clerk with a civil litigation firm while attending law school where he worked diligently with the senior partner on a case that resulted in a settlement of over a million dollars.
Personal
When he is not in the office Phillip enjoys spending time with his two sons Jake and Kyle. Phillip is an avid snow skier, hunter, and traveler.
